Vacancy Description

We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Inclusion Support Advisor to join our team. In this vital role, you will work closely with staff, learners, employers and families to promote inclusive practices and ensure that every individual feels valued and supported. You’ll provide expert guidance, develop strategies to reduce barriers to participation, and help create an environment where diversity is celebrated and everyone can thrive.

The main purpose of the job is to create an inclusive and welcoming culture for all learners whilst holding a caseload of Apprentices with SEND and other support needs.

To assess Apprenticeship support and safeguarding needs impacting on learning, retention, wellbeing and progression and to subsequently plan and source / deliver support and interventions to meet identified needs.

Positively promote the well-being and safeguarding of Apprentices to enhance their engagement, learning experience and chances of success.

To provide operational advice and guidance to colleagues to enable them to carry out their responsibilities effectively in relation to providing a high-quality education for learners with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
