Learner Profile: Joe
Joe started on his ILM Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship when he started a new role as Manager of Education and Skills.
Having started a new role as Manager of Education and Skills at Training 2000, Joe’s Line Manager recommended the Level 3 ILM Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship for him to complete whilst he was learning his new role.

When looking back on his Apprenticeship, Joe said ‘I learnt different techniques and model theories and gained a better understanding of a leadership role.’
‘This course was really beneficial to me as it gave me better understanding of the tasks that I do daily and the terminology behind it. Time management was definitely the turning point for me as it allowed me to delegate tasks to members of staff and organise my busy schedule’.

Joe recently received his results from his End Point Assessment, a test of occupational competence at the end of an Apprenticeship and passed his Apprenticeship.
