This programme was set up by both Chubb and Training 2000, advertising full-time positions across the country for individuals to become technicians within the fire and security sector. These positions required no prior experience, as the ADP provided the necessary technical training, supported by training to pass the EAL Level 3 Award.

An impressive 94% of Chubb students who completed the EAL Level 3 Award in the Requirements of Fire Detection and Fire Alarm Systems for Buildings passed the ADP on their first attempt.

The programme included doubling up with timed served engineers to help with their development and on completing the course, these are skilled men and women working as individual service engineers. The programme consisted of online and face-to-face delivery covering crucial learning such as health & safety, safe isolation and circuits. This programme has proven to be an effective strategy for recruiting and retaining talent for Chubb, who aspires to become a people-first organisation and the number one in performance in the industry. Additionally, the programme has uncovered exceptional hidden talent, including individuals who are traditionally underrepresented in the industry.
