This vacancy is for an Apprentice Business Administrator based in Accrington. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to undertake valuable work experience dealing internal and external customers with whilst gaining on the job qualifications.
The general administration duties within this role may include:

- Take enquiry details by phone/email.
- Process enquiries by phone/email.
- Follow up customer enquiries.
- Review customer account and identify opportunities for cross selling.
- Attend events as required.
- Plan what courses need to be done and when.
- Check to see if updates are required and plan time into the diary if required.
- Ensure all paperwork is included in instructor pack.
- Go through pack with instructor..
- Plan what student notes need to be made up in advance.
- Plan/ensure adequate stocks of stationery for student note production.
- Student note production.
- Ensure stock of public course notes are maintained.
- Ensure that notes are made up in a timely manner.
- Mark off on planner once task is completed.
- Keep course material folders on the computer up to date.
- Produce and send all course certificates in line with company policies.
- Use 3rd party systems to upload registrations in line with company policies.
- Complete all necessary Driver CPC administration in line with company policies to ensure the company is ready for audit.
- Set up room for trainers
- Layout trainee materials & resources
- Co-ordinate lunch and refreshments for trainees
- Welcome visitors
- Take registers
- Follow up absent trainees
- Direct trainees to allocated training room
- Post content following approval on LinkedIn
- Like & share content
- Connect with customers
- Record trainer qualifications.
- Plan refreshers in advance.
- Update schedule.
- Maintain procedures for each external awarding body.
- Communicate the changes to appropriate personnel.
- Review and update procedures as per changes.
