We are now seeking a proactive, skilled and safety-focused Maintenance Operative with electrical and mechanical expertise to join our Facilities team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, self-motivated individual who takes pride in maintaining high standards and ensuring our buildings, workshops and equipment remain safe, compliant and fit for purpose.

As our Maintenance Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our training facilities operate safely and efficiently. Working across our buildings and workshops, you will provide planned, preventative and reactive maintenance support, with a particular focus on electrical systems and machinery.

You will be trusted to work independently, identify issues before they escalate, and maintain a strong culture of safety across the organisation.
