We offer a unique Level 3 Optical Assistant Apprenticeship that teaches individuals about eye health, vision tests, advising customers on frames and lenses, handling prescriptions, and providing excellent customer service. Alongside this you can also be assured that they will be educated on the policies and procedures within the optical working environment. This course is delivered online, which means that there is no need for the employee to travel to our Blackburn site.
