‘We wanted a partner that we could work well with and Training 2000 met all of our needs. Training 2000 took time to understand our culture and values and support in facilitation of key senior management meetings to ensure our strategic approach was clear and concise. Due to the success of this project we have partnered Training 2000 on an organisational diagnostic project that is already reaping rewards for us. They have considerable expertise and resources and they were able to provide excellent trainers who could hit the ground running’
“New talent, fresh ideas, minimum fuss, that’s what we got from the learners at Training 2000! We would highly recommend supporting work placements in the Traineeship program to any employer who cares about the next generation of their work force.”
“The success of Nixon Williams is due in the main to our staff and the Apprenticeship scheme supports both them and the business in enhancing our skills. It also assists in building an effective workforce. We prefer to promote staff from within the business. Our practice manager joined us as an apprentice in 2008 and has rapidly moved up to his present position.”
We had struggled for over a decade to find a local training provider who had the capacity and appetite to supply the high level of education, training and development service we expect our first year off site Steel Erector apprentices to experience. After hearing of our experiences Training 2000, who who already offered the industry standard pathway to become a Steel Erector, were willing to develop their programme to incorporate more aspects of the trade in the first year of the Engineering apprenticeship.
