We are seeking to appoint a Skills Development Coach/Tutor - Fire and Security to join our Engineering learning team.

This rare position is focused on supporting our future Fire Systems Engineers, imparting your invaluable skills, knowledge and behaviours to shape them into exceptionally talented, knowledgeable, experienced and fully qualified employees.

Don’t hold a teaching qualification? Don’t worry! Full teacher training will be provided as part of your role.

As part of this exciting and unique dual position, you will deliver classroom-based theory and practical sessions and you will also work with a case load of Fire Systems Apprentices and their employers. This includes local SME’s and some of the nation’s largest Fire Systems employers. This will involve regular face to face meetings at employer sites, therefore it is essential that the successful candidate will hold a full, clean driving licence.
