Training 2000, one of the UK’s largest Training Providers and part of the University of Central Lancashire, are recruiting a Skills Development Coach - Fabrication & Welding. This unique and exciting position is focused on supporting our future generation of Engineers, to shape them into exceptionally talented, fully qualified employees.

As part of your role, you will be responsible for an allocated caseload of Engineering Apprentices throughout their programme from onboarding through to End Point Assessment, providing support, development, training and assessment in the workplace and training environment. This will include regular face to face meetings at employer sites therefore, it is essential that the successful candidate holds a full, clean driving licence.

Full training will be provided as part of your role as well as the opportunity and appropriate support to complete the relevant qualifications.
