Panel Technician IMI Accreditation

Description:

Full Route – £1030 + VAT (Training and Assessment) | 3 days
Re-Accreditation £690 + VAT (Training and Assessment) | 2 days

The Technician should be working in the accident repair sector of the industry and have at least two years’ experience to ensure they are familiar with the skills, knowledge and techniques required to repair & replace body components, such as vehicle body panels and their associated parts.

IMI Accreditation Panel Technician Full Route Requires re-accreditation every 3 years

Course content includes assessments on the following Modules:

  • Completion of On-Line Assessment.
  • Carry out Cosmetic Panel Alignment.
  • Panel Damage (Rectification).
  • MET remove/replace/refit components to the original specification.
  • Complete a Cold filler repair.
  • Welded Panel/Section Spot/MAG/Bond/Rivet

1 Day – Training £310 + VAT (Optional)

1 Day – Assessment £380 + VAT

Course content includes assessments on the following Modules:

  • Completion of On-Line Assessment.
  • MET remove/replace/refit components to the original specification.
  • Welded Panel/Section Spot/MAG/Bond/Rivet
