Training 2000 Traineeship programmes can help you to bridge the gap to an Apprenticeship or a full-time job.

Award winning Training 2000 has been established for over 50 years and are a large Group Training Association offering business solutions, commercial courses, Apprenticeship and Traineeship programmes across multiple industry sectors. In 2017, Training 2000 became part of the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) meaning that Apprentices have direct routes to a Degree Apprenticeships.

The training provider delivers a variety of Traineeship programmes with the main focus of preparing 16-18 year old’s for the world of work – whether that be an Apprenticeship or a full time job.

All usual classroom teaching is now taking place remotely, meaning that you can start your career with a Traineeship now from home. A combination of live learning sessions, 1:1 tutorials using Microsoft Teams and recorded sessions. are to ensure that key workers and learners with other commitments can access sessions at a time that suits them.

These programmes are to help school leavers gain knowledge and understanding of their chosen vocational area. Learners also learn key employability skills to aid them in their future careers.

All Traineeships at Training 2000 include work experience as well as building on personable skills and knowledge to help learners reach their career goals.

Learners who are interested in taking their next steps into the world of work can start their journey in March 2021 with Traineeships in Engineering, Business Admin and Accounting.

Training 2000 are a part of the University of Central Lancashire meaning learners can have direct pathway to Degree Level Apprenticeships. Earn, learn and study without the debt of going to university.

"We have updated our employability section of the Traineeship to reflect the needs of learners whose learning has been disrupted by Covid-19. We have adapted the sessions to ensure they are engaging and interactive for learners who are working from home with the current restrictions. Learners are keen to get back and prepare themselves for work."
