The main purpose of the role is to teach and support/assess learners through building a quality portfolio of work which will help them with their progression into becoming a qualified Dental Nurse.

 

The key duties of the role will include:

 

  • To design, develop and deliver creative, inclusive high quality learning programmes in accordance with awarding organisations specifications and standards, ensuring the effective evaluation of such programmes.

 

  • To effectively support the management the Quality Assurance process of qualifications in line with awarding organisation specifications and standards in order to continuously improve the learner journey.

 

  • To monitor and continuously update learner records ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations in line with company requirements and providing information regarding Learner’s progress, achievements and support needs as directed, to inform performance.

 

  • To effectively manage the learning process, to review, assess, support, guide and counsel learners.

About the role:

 

We have an exciting opportunity at Training 2000 for an Assistant Accountant to join a small team of professionals within the Finance department. We are looking for a committed, passionate and dedicated individual to join the team to support the growth of the programme and continue the successes.

 

The main purpose of the role is to provide an efficient and effective finance support service to Training 2000.

 

The key duties of the role will include:

 

  • To build a solid working relationship with, and support the integration of Accounts Payable at UCLan, including ledger reviews, statement rec’s and supporting the apprentice in producing payment runs

 

  • To review the ledgers managed by UCLan at each month end, highlighting any issues and working in partnership with UCLan to resolve in a timely manner

 

  • To update the cash flow forecast, and work with HOF on streamlining the cash forecasting process

 

  • To post the month end journals, updating and reconciling balance sheet reconciliations as appropriate.

 

  • To provide support with the monthly finance meetings with budget holders.

 

  • To assist with the budget and forecasting processes, providing analysis as required.

 

  • To support the Accounts Apprentice providing advice, guidance and assistance as necessary
  • To have a clear understanding of the chart of accounts such that all transactions recorded are coded to the most appropriate department and nominal code enabling the preparation of clear and meaningful management accounts and analysis.

 

  • To ensure that all financial transactions processed are filed such that a clear audit trail is available to other team members and external auditors.

 

  • To assist in the preparation of analysis to monitor and forecast costs, as directed by Head of Finance.

 

  • To support the HOF with the year-end audit process by answering queries on ledger postings from the external auditors

 

  • To review the monthly management accounts ensuring that any mispostings are corrected in line with the monthly processing deadlines.

 

  • To become more involved with the monthly Management Accounts process and progress to producing specific departmental P&L reports

 

  • Such other duties as reasonably correspond with the general character of the post and are commensurate with its level of responsibility.

The main purpose of the role is to be the first point of contact for Human Resources by providing a generalist HR advisory service to the organisation in accordance with policies and procedures and employment legislation.

 

The key duties of the role will include:

 

  • To effectively manage and support managers with the end to end process of all Employee Relations casework such as investigations, disciplinary, grievances, appeals, flexible working, performance management and absence management.
  • To provide proactive general HR advice, guidance and support to all managers and employees relating to the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, terms and conditions and employment issues.
  • To coach, develop and upskill line managers by ensuring that line management receive the best possible advice which is supportive for employees but ultimately protects the business in the management of their people with regards to the governance and guidelines of employment legislation and Company policy.

We are looking for a committed, passionate and dedicated individual to join the team to support the growth of the programmes and continue the successes.

 

The main purpose of the role is to provide recruitment and administrative solutions through a targeted recruitment matching service which is against agreed targets and KPIs for Apprenticeships and Traineeships programmes. The Student Recruitment department is the key first point of contact for both future apprentices and employers. It is the hub of activity for getting students matched to vacancies and into future employment with a company.

 

The key duties of the role will include:

 

  • To provide and manage a full end to end recruitment service for Training 2000 Apprenticeship and Traineeship vacancies which includes but is not limited to; contacting applicants and employers, sending suitable applicants to the employer, arranging external company interviews through to managing feedback and reaching the end point of assisting the company to find a suitable apprentice or traineeship learner.

 

  • To provide a full administration service in relation to vacancies which includes data inputting, record keeping, the advertising of vacancies and co-ordination of all recruitment paperwork ensuring compliance with contractual and audit requirements

 

  • To proactively review the advertisement of vacancies to maximize the number of quality applicants through a variety of different platforms ensuring they are fit for purpose.

 

  • To lead and manage the end to end applicant process including reviewing applications through to arranging and holding applicant interviews, providing information, advice and guidance on suitable programmes and vacancies.

 

  • To build and maintain strong working relationships with external stakeholders including customers ensuring that you develop a good understanding of customer requirements, their industry, work environment and culture in order to service their needs effectively. We have an exciting opportunity at Training 2000 for a Compliance Auditor to join the Quality and Contracts department. We are looking for a committed, passionate and dedicated individual to join the team to support the growth of the programme and continue the successes.

 

The main purpose of the role is to deliver the annual schedule of funding body compliance activity, through rigorous and continuous review and audit of mandatory documentation and processes.

 

The key duties of the role will include:

 

  • To plan, prepare and implement a rolling Company audit programme through active engagement with Business Managers and staff.

 

  • To analyse data quality reports to identify and prioritise the auditing of high risk areas to prevent the escalation of errors and prevent funding claw back from Funding Agencies.

 

  • To develop and agree corrective action plans with Delivery Managers and staff on the funding body requirements, including communications, dissemination and training.

 

  • To challenge and guide all Delivery Managers and staff on non-compliance issues whilst providing support on corrective action.

 

  • To provide regular compliance reports to Delivery Managers and the SMT, which identify the current position and action taken on compliance in relation to the Education and Skills Funding Agency Contracts, as part of the risk management process.

 

  • To ensure that documentation, which supports the contractual evidence base is compliant and current, in order that the Company meets its contractual obligations.

 

  • To support external funding body audits, ensuring proactive preparation and the gathering of all required and relevant evidence.

 

  • To provide bespoke training to internal stakeholders, in the subject areas of contract compliance requirements, processes and procedures to ensure completeness and accuracy of contractual documentation.

 

  • To maintain knowledge of funding rules, best practice guidance and Government body assurance methodology.

Essential requirements:

We are looking for a committed, passionate and dedicated individual to join the team to support the growth of the department and continue the successes.

 

The main purpose of the role is to provide a comprehensive departmental service, to all internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of management information and contractual evidence related to training provision to meet the requirements of the funding rules. The team are responsible for processing the data and documentation for Apprenticeship starters and leavers working with operational colleagues, employers and applicants.

 

 

The key duties of the role will include:

 

  • To coordinate data associated with participants on training provision to ensure compliant, accurately and timely processing of starters, changes and leavers.

 

  • To maintain a strong and professional image and reputation with all customers through a focused and responsive customer service- by telephone, email and face to face.

 

  • To input MI data in a timely manner, using bespoke databases ensuring that accurate learner data and records are maintained and compliant with funding audit requirements and Training 2000s policies and procedures.

  • To produce, manipulate and report on MI data ensuring that the company has accurate information for management reports as and when required, which also ensures the timely and necessary drawing down of funding.

 

  • To conduct compliance audits in accordance with the audit procedures to highlight non-conformance with regards to the company’s quality and business assurance procedures, protecting the organisation’s expected funding income.
