Training 2000’s commitment and ethos
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is used to describe how an organisation looks beyond their initial day to day business (students, staff; our customers) and acknowledge that their actions have a wider impact. Undertaking a programme of CSR based activities encourages organisations to operate in a more sustainable, charitable and ethical way.
CSR is not a new concept for Training 2000 – it has always been at the heart of what we do.
For example we have introduced a variety of energy saving measures to reduce our impact on the environment and have always actively supported the communities we serve.
We also aim to empower our employees, through offering them flexibility and the freedom to lead and take on new challenges.
In nurturing the combined needs of the environment, the community and our employees, we believe Training 2000 is ideally placed to develop a sustainable business that takes into account both the needs of today and of the future.
