We are looking to recruit a motivated, proactive and eager IT Apprentice into our team. As an apprentice with J700 Group you will work closely with the team who will support and help with your training and development every step of the way.Not only will you be working towards your apprenticeship course but will be learning and developing essential skills in IT support and infrastructure, Cyber Security, Office 365, Cloud Solutions, Business Administration and so much more.##### IT skills developed:* Diagnose hardware and software faults* Using different IT tools and procedures* Learning to effectively record, analyse and communicate data* Learning to securely operate across all platforms and areas of responsibilities* Working with some highly respected brand and companies across Lancashire and ManchesterAbout the roleYou will be working closely with our exceptional Technical Team to learn and provide the highest level of IT support to our customers. ##### Your day to day duties will include:* Providing our existing clients with technical support for desktops, laptops, local networks, telephony systems and business software and systems.* Managing and troubleshooting network, connectivity, telecoms and cloud system issues, seeing problems through to resolution.* Providing technical assistance to the projects team, installation, setup and upgrades for new and existing customers.* Working in line with SLAs, making sure customers get the fastest response and best service possible.* Escalating issues, problems and incidents when required* Following all internal processes and keeping documentation up–to–date and secure. 8 Providing Office Administration tasks along with answering incoming telephone calls

Training to be provided

As part of the Apprenticeship, the candidate will participate in 5 knowledge modules. ##### These modules are:* Networking and Architecture (1 of 4 possible unit choices)* Mobile and Operating Systems (1 of 7 possible unit choices)* Cloud Services (1 of 5 possible unit choices)* Coding and logic (1 of 2 possible unit choices)* Business Process (1 of 3 unit choices)The choices will reflect the knowledge content of the job role.
