We are looking for an individual who is motivated and ready to learn a new skill set working in the Injection Stretch Blow Moulding department.

Mechanical and electrical skills will be developed throughout every aspect of the department and all individual job roles within the department.
The ideal candidate would be trained in the smooth operation and maintenance of 10 ISBM machines and downstream equipment, able to demonstrate the ability to solve machine and process problems.
Tool changes can be part of the day to day work, so the apprentice would start work with the dedicated Tool Change Team who complete most of the changes and are at the forefront of all maintenance tasks in the department.

The role also includes:
  • Machine maintenance,
  • Machine and tool cleaning,
  • Cycle time and quality control.
  • Also learning the steam sleeving process and label application processes employed in the department.

Training to be provided

  • L2 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing (Foundation Competence)
  • L3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Development Competencies) Mechatronics Maintenance Technician
  • L3 Diploma or Extended Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Development Knowledge)

Training will be given for anyone joining the Team to ensure that they have the skills to contribute effectively.
