Apprentice Finance Officer

This vacancy is for an Apprentice Finance Officer based in Blackburn.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to undertake valuable work experience within the Accounts department within company whilst gaining on the job qualifications.

The general Accountancy duties within this role may include:
  • Basic bookkeeping activities.
  • Working with sales and purchase ledgers.
  • Running calculations to ensure that records and payments are correct.
  • Recording of cash and data entry.

Training to be provided

AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting which contains:
  • Bookkeeping Transactions.
  • Bookkeeping Controls.
  • Elements of costing.
  • Using accounting software.
  • Work Effectively in Finance.
