‘Steps’ to… Engineering

Level: 2
Duration: 3-4 days per week for 20 weeks

You will gain NVQ units on CNC machining, fitting, milling and turning, that form part of a level 3 apprenticeship. this is a perfect programme to give you the skills you need to progress onto a engineering apprenticeship.

Entry requirements:

An interest in engineering as well as GCSEs in Maths and English at grade C (4) or above

Where will I study:

Training 2000 Blackburn

  • GCSEs or functional skills in English and Maths (if needed)
