Train To Gain
Train to Gain is a Government initiative aimed at giving employers solutions to their skills needs and access to vocational training and qualifications for their staff. It can help your business to improve its productivity and competitiveness by ensuring that employees have the right skills to do the best job.
It is recognised that employees who have higher levels of competence and qualification feel more confident, more valued and happier. This in turn leads to greater productivity and staff retention. Training 2000 can offer you a comprehensive range of training which meets national quality standards.
For those candidates who qualify, there is full funding for training and assessment for a first full Level 2 qualification. Other subsidies are available for second Level 2, Level 3 or 4 qualifications.
