Spotlight on a Training Partner
Based in Derby, our training partner Marie Fletcher works with one of our Blue Chip clients that specialise in Aerospace, Engineering and Nuclear. Marie is dedicated to this client and for the last 8 months has been working on a capability and talent training project that requires full time support in implementing. Marie is tasked in rolling out a competency framework that links to induction, quality, health and safety, technical competence and ‘train the trainer’ capabilities.
