March 8, 2018

Training 2000 have been involved with WorldSkills competitions for many years, but this year we have an extra reason to celebrate. One of our Advanced Technical Tutors in Engineering has become the WorldSkills Training Manager for CNC Turning.

Mark Aspinall is preparing the team for the competitions and selection for WorldSkills 2019 in Kazan (Russia).

Recently he has been at DMG Mori for the WorldSkills B2B training camp supporting and training Jack from DMG Mori and Kris from FortVale. Kris is a Training 2000 apprentice and has already had great success at the WorldSkills UK competition. You can read his story here

Watch Kris, Jack and Elliott (a FortVale/Training 2000 apprentice who is competing in the CNC Turning category) talk about their experiences so far.
