Description
The ILM Award consists of three courses and a half day induction session:-
1) First Steps in Leadership
2) Problem Solving & Decision Making
3) Any other course from our portfolio However, you do not need to take them in order - you can take them in any order you wish.

This is suitable for those who are in a first management position (or who is looking for promotion into a management position) and want to develop their knowledge of Leadership skills and management in general.
