On the day you will be given a course book produced by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health – “Food Safety – First Principles”, for you to keep as a reference and you will be provided with handouts onto which you can take your own notes. The course covers a defined syllabus
Description
At the conclusion of the course you will be assessed using a multiple choice test paper set by the CIEH who will also provide the certificates to award your success. The examination papers are available in various languages and we aim to provide full accessibility to all participants. If you would like to request a test paper in an alternative language or require assistance accessing the building with reading or have any other questions please ring and discuss in confidence prior to attending the course.
Target Group
The course is designed for anyone working in a setting where food is prepared cooked and handled and is accredited and certificated by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health. For additional information about CIEH and the qualifications provided please refer to the main website www.cieh.org
