Target Group
This is designed for anyone who feels that they need to increase their personal effectiveness and want feedback from their colleagues, team members and superiors on their personal effectiveness.
Aim
To provide an understanding of how the individual interacts in four areas – Communications, Leadership, Customer Focus and Personal Effectiveness.
Individuals will be given an electronic questionnaire to distribute to colleagues, team members and superiors. The questionnaires will be returned to Training 2000 who will collate the responses and compile a report for the individual.
The results, and report, will be fed back during a one to one feedback session.
