Target Group
Anyone who is required to use the Regulations to design, install, modify, inspect and test or supervise others who carry out these functions.
Aim
A course to gain understanding of the Regulations, the layout and the underpinning principles on which they are based and to demonstrate their competence by gaining the C&G 2382 awards.
Objectives
On successful completion of the course delegates will be able to:
- State the scope the objectives and the fundamental requirements of the regulations
- Make a general assessment of an installation
- Demonstrate proper protection for safety
- Correctly select and ensure the correct erection of equipment
- Apply the requirements to ‘ special locations’
- Inspect and test an installation in line with the requirements of the regulations
