Training 2000 Quality Policy
To achieve this mission, the provision together with supporting administration systems, will be improved by establishing procedures for the achievement, control and assurance of quality which are designed to meet the requirements of the company and its customers. Quality is one of the company’s Core Values.
The key features of the quality policy are:-
- All employees shall participate in quality improvement activities including continuous professional development.
- The continuing recognition of IiP, Matrix and the Training Quality Standard will underpin continuous improvement.
- The effective monitoring, observation and evaluation of our training provision will drive quality improvement.
- The company will carry out regular audits to ensure policies and procedures are complied with.
- Feedback from learners, employers and stakeholders will be gathered on a regular basis to ensure that their needs and expectations are met.
- Targets for retention, achievement and progression will be set and performance data will be analysed, communicated and used to inform planning and improvement,
- The company will involve training and education providers and suppliers of goods, resources and services in the process of quality improvement.
- The company will conduct an annual self-assessment of its training provision and prepare a Quality Improvement Plan.
- The company shall undertake regular quality reviews via the Quality Improvement Group to ensure the quality system continues to meet requirements and reflects ongoing improvements.
- Publicity shall be given to this policy in every part of the company in such a way that everyone will understand it.
