Your role will include keeping the surgery organised, assisting with dental procedures and making sure patients are comfortable and relaxed. 3-4 days per week for 20 weeks
The Dental Nurse course will prepare you for a career in dentistry. You will gain knowledge on cross infection prevention, health and safety, first aid, instrument identification, anatomy record keeping and charting. this is a perfect programme to give you the skills you need to progress onto a dental Nurse apprenticeship.
21 months - 1 day per week
You would become a qualified Dental nurse approved by the General Dental Council, with the opportunity to progress onto post graduate courses in Oral Health Promotion, Radiography and sedation. There are also opportunities to progress to be a Dental Hygiene Therapist.
