Starting on Monday 30th January, courses will run for five weekly night classes between 6pm and 8.30pm – with prices starting from £150.
Launching these courses builds on the Training 2000 AMAC’s mission to upskill engineers across the North West and encourage more young people to find a career in the industry.
The bespoke courses have been designed by the AMAC’s expert technical trainers, who have utilised their industry expertise to build a unique set of courses.
There are a variety of affordable courses on offer, covering a number of key engineering skills across design, programming, machining and inspection.
With an entry level course designed for beginners who are considering a career in manufacturing as an engineer and an intermediate course which is perfect for those with experience in the industry, there is something for everyone.
Including state of the art advanced equipment and a dynamic team of technical trainers recruited directly from industry, the AMAC is a unique, lean manufacturing facility which delivers engineering skills through powerful bespoke training.
Neil Gutteridge, Director Commercial Programmes said: “We’ve designed these courses to allow anyone looking to move into manufacturing as an engineer a chance to gain hands-on experience and learn some key skills through to the more advanced courses, at an affordable price in our world class training facility.”
“There will be something for everyone whether they are looking for a career change into manufacturing or looking to boost their skills for a growing career. The five-week course will put them ahead of the competition when applying for job vacancies or apprenticeships and give them a taste of how a 21st century manufacturing centre operates.”
