GTA Social Care Apprenticeships
With a pass rate of 80% compared to a national average of 54%, you can be sure that your staff are getting the best possible training. Bespoke courses are tailored to suit your requirements, meaning that you only get the type of training that you need.
We offer practical training ensuring that your staff are physically capable instead of just having the knowledge. This gives you the benefit of staff who can quickly demonstrate the benefits of the training once back in the workplace. As all of our training is linked to professional audit requirements, you can be assured of peace of mind during audit.
Our Apprenticeship programmes start on a 14 week rolling block with a one day per week day release. The day release will be classroom-based for 16-18 year olds or for 19+ will be on a one-to-one basis with their assessor.
Which care occupations do Training 2000 offer Apprenticeships in?
We offer apprenticeships in a variety of adult care settings (from aged 18 upwards). These include Local Authorities, home care settings, homes for the elderly, and learning disability and mental health care homes.

- All theoretical aspects of the Apprenticeship
- Key skills integrated throughout the training programme
