C-Mac Partnership Ltd in Accrington are looking to employ a Customer Relations Apprentice, working on site for 37.5-40 hours per week with an immediate start.
As a member of the C-Mac team, your main duties will include calling and taking calls from new and existing customers to give advice and quotes and managing the quote process from start to finish, such as taking payments and putting new bookings onto the system.
This job requires a good telephone manner, the ability to work independently and as part of a team and excellent attention to detail.

Whilst performing your duties as a Customer Relations Apprentice you will undertake a NVQ in Business Administration or Customer Services. Upon completion of the apprenticeship there will be the potential to move further into customer service, sales or marketing.
