This includes liaising closely with UCLan lecturers and learners to ensure consistency and quality. What we will offer in return:

  • Competitive salary of £25,237 up to £28,000 per annum (commensurate with qualifications, skills and experience)
  • Competitive benefits package
  • Opportunity to develop your career
  • 27 days annual leave PLUS bank holidays. (This entitlement will increase over time to 32 days with the opportunity to purchase an additional 5 days per year)
  • Life insurance at 4 x your annual salary
  • Group Private Pension scheme where we will match contributions up to 5% (following 6 months service)

We are passionate around further developing our work force and therefore Training 2000 host mandatory CPD events and online webinars specific to the industry specialism. Further to this, we are also in the process of developing a learning and development strategy.

We firmly believe in having a good work life balance and recognise that everyone is unique in their own way. We are looking for people from all walks of life who will join our inclusive culture and experience just what a great place Training 2000 really is. We are committed to equality, diversity and access for all.

Safeguarding of our learners is at the heart of everything that we do. Therefore, due to having children (under 18’s) on our site, all appointments are subject to the receipt of a satisfactory enhanced child workforce disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS; formally the CRB), or a check via the Update Service on a relevant enhanced disclosure. Further information on these checks can be obtained from the Government website.

If you’re excited by the sound of this role, then we urge you to contact us to discuss further. If you’d like an informal discussion ahead of applying, please contact a member of our HR team: [email protected] or Jonathan Ayling on 07748760013 and they will be more than happy to help.
