The role will be within the Central Services department at Training 2000, based at the Blackburn site. Therefore the successful candidate will be working alongside a team of Central Services Administrators and report directly into the Central Administration & Call Centre Manager.

 

This position is often the first contact point for our customers and the successful candidate will have outstanding customer service skills, be an excellent communicator with a professional approach and have an ability to deal with people at all levels.

 

All required training will be provided alongside a robust induction programme.

 

Candidates must have excellent administration, planning and organising skills and be able to manage time effectively as well as having an eye for detail and broad knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.

 

Possession of an NVQ in Business Administration (or equivalent) would be an advantage.

 

The working hours for this role are 22.5 per week, consisting of 7.30am to 12.00pm Monday to Friday.

This entitlement will increase with over time to 32 days and you are also able to purchase up to 5 days extra per year.
