An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Central Services department for an Engineering Co-Ordinator working alongside our shared services and Engineering teams.

The Role:

 

As an Engineering Coordinator, your role will be to provide a comprehensive customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, covering both the apprenticeship provision and commercial based courses. Your responsibilities will be to provide administrative support to both teams which will include the booking and management of commercial Engineering courses, customer engagement and retention, quality assurance and administration control.

 

Your role will be working alongside the two teams to support the day to day co-ordination of courses with the support of our Business Manager and teaching staff. You will work closely with the department whilst still having the support of the wider central services team. Additionally, you will be providing great customer service to our employers from the point of first contact through to the confirmation of booking a course with Training 2000.

 

In this role you will be required to carry out your duties, ensuring you drive the highest quality of standards which will be delivered efficiently and timely in accordance with the Company Service Standards.

 

The role is full time (37.5 hours) and hours of work are 8:00am-4:45pm Monday-Thursday and 8:00-12:30 on Fridays.

 

This role is Fixed term for 12months and operates out of our Blackburn site and attracts a full time salary of £17,328 per annum and a competitive benefits package. In addition, we believe in providing more than just salary and benefits and we’ll give you time and support to develop your career.  Our Central Service Coordinators continually develop themselves and we’re in the process of developing a learning and development strategy with dedicated CPD days to ensure our whole workforce can continually enhance their career.

 

To give you an idea of our benefits, we firmly believe in having a good work life balance and therefore, they include 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays. This entitlement will increase over time to 32 days and you are also able to purchase up to 5 days extra per year. In addition to this, from the day you join, you will receive life assurance whilst employed at 4 x your annual salary. Finally, with pensions being an important part of people’s career, following 6 months service you will be entitled to enrol into our Group Private Pension scheme where we will match contributions up to 5%.
