About the Role:
The role we are recruiting for is part of our Central Services Department at Training 2000, the heart of our organisation. We are looking for someone to join our dedicated team who are passionate around customer relations and provide a first class service. Some of the key objectives within this role will involve;
We are looking for someone who can provide comprehensive customer service to both internal and external customers, as well as an inclusive administration service to the numerous departments within the business. As a first point of contact for our customers, the successful candidate will have outstanding customer service abilities, be an excellent communicator with a professional approach and have the ability to deal with people at all levels. We are looking for someone who can drive the highest quality standards and duties, which must be delivered efficiently and timely in accordance with the Company Service Standards and the Company Core Values.
Candidates must have excellent administration, planning and organisation skills and be able to manage time effectively as well as having an eye for detail and broad knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
This exciting opportunity will allow the successful candidate to build on their knowledge of the business, whilst also working with the numerous departments at Training 2000.
Possession of an NVQ in Business Administration (or equivalent) would be an advantage.
This is a part time, permanent contract working; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 07:45am – 15.00pm.
All required training will be provided alongside a robust induction programme.
