About the Role:

Training 2000 is seeking to appoint a Business Admin and Customer Service Assessor/CDA to join their established team of professionals within the Professional and Medical Services department. We are looking for a committed, passionate and dedicated individual to join the team to support the growth of the programme and continue the successes. Some of the key objectives within this role will involve:

  • Deliver 1 to 1 sessions, assess and support learners from level 2 – level 3
  • Developing relationships with employers whilst supporting learners in the workplace
  • Develop curriculum design to constantly improve delivery within the relevant occupational sector
  • Support learners in securing employment to support the apprenticeship.
  • Support learners through End Point assessment

 

 

Through working with our dedicated team, we welcome new ideas and content to further enhance the learning experience, whilst also developing our already successful teaching/training sessions. We are looking for an assessor who can inspire, understand and motivate whilst also taking accountability for all they do, with good understanding of engagement of learners. Due to COVID-19, delivery is currently taking place remotely, however once restrictions are lifted you will be based at our Blackburn site with required travel to our employers. Due to this, you must hold a full UK driving licence.

 

As part of the role, you will be required to maintain/build the working relationships we hold with our valued employers, whilst further developing learners to reach their full potential and work towards achieving their aspirations. The ideal candidate should have a passion for Business Admin and Customer Service and endeavour to pass on their knowledge and skills to the future generation. They should also possess an Assessors Award A1 qualification or be willing to work towards one. An Internal Verifiers Award V1 would also be beneficial.

 

The successful candidate is expected to be well organised, innovative and creative, self-motivated and a good communicator as well as having excellent listening skills and good administrative skills.

It is expected you will have strong interpersonal skills, active listening skills and excellent ability to coach/mentor to aid learner progression.

 

This is a permanent full time position.
