Exciting opportunities has arisen within the Company’s Engineering department based at Rolls-Royce in Derby for  Apprentice Development Leaders


About the role:


You will be responsible for the day to day monitoring assessment and coaching of a group of Apprentices working towards the achievement of Apprenticeship frameworks in manufacturing and engineering and business related disciplines.

The post requires a self motivated and effective team player who possesses excellent communication and organisational skills and business experience or project management skills would be desirable along with experience in coaching Apprentices.




You need to be committed, passionate and driven to deliver the company’s objective of an Amazing place with Amazing people!


This role will involve a small amount of travel and a current driving licence and availability of a vehicle is therefore essential.


Applicants must have an understanding of Apprenticeships, an assessor qualification is desirable and Team Leading experience would be a definite advantage.
