Six staff at PM & M are completing a professional accountancy qualification and the latest apprentice to finish their Apprenticeship was 19-year-old Bradley, from Burnley.
Bradley’s friends and family recommended he tried an Apprenticeship and he is pleased to have acquired increasing skills and responsibility in the workplace. He said: “I didn’t want to go to university and thought that an Apprenticeship would be a good way to get some work experience and a qualification, without getting myself into debt.
“Everyone at Training 2000 was really helpful and the course equipped me with a good understanding of the industry. I’ve got more responsibility now and even have some of my own clients. I’d definitely recommend Apprenticeships to anyone who wants to work in finance.”
Gill Makin, career development adviser in Business Administration at Training 2000, concluded: “PM+M is a great example of how a company can benefit from work-based training and it has been a pleasure working with them over the years – long may it continue.”
