Talented business administration, ICT and finance apprenticeship and traineeship learners have been praised for their achievements at our prestigious annual Business Administration Awards, which recognised learners who are excelling on their programmes.

25-year-old Laura Hargreaves from Accrington, received the Customer Service Advanced Apprentice of the year award for her excellent commitment and performance.

Speaking at the ceremony, Laura said;

“I was so shocked when my name was called out. I am thoroughly enjoying my Apprenticeship and have definitely learnt a lot about the industry as well as gaining life experience.”
We offer a range of qualifications from full-time work preparation courses to higher level Apprenticeships in accounting, business administration and ICT, and are currently looking for 16-18 year olds to fill available job vacancies.

As well as the award ceremony, the learners also presented a giant cheque to the Wish Centre and East Lancs Hospice after managing to raise over £1000 over the course of the year. The evening ended with food and fun in the photo booth.

Training 2000’s Business Administration Manager, Rowena Brough, said: “The annual Business Administration, ICT and Accounting Awards are a great way to reward our learners’ efforts. They all work very hard, show commitment and determination and we believe this should always be recognised.

“The calibre of learners this year was very high as usual and it is clear that the future of Apprenticeships is bright. Skills development is critical to career success and we would like to congratulate all of those involved on investing in their future in this way.”
