Training 2000’s Brathay Apprentice Challenge team are hosting a breakfast briefing this month – inviting companies from across East Lancashire to learn more about how hiring an apprentice can benefit your organisation.
Taking place on Tuesday, April 19 from 8:30am at Training 2000’s Blackburn headquarters on Hargreaves Street, the event will see several apprentices talk about how they have benefitted from becoming an apprentice, and how other organisations could benefit from hiring one.
The event will include speakers, presentations and the opportunity to network with other businesses.
Brathay Challenge team leader Michael Buckley will open the event, outlining his experiences as a finance apprentice at the training provider, and ask employers to consider how they could benefit from hiring an apprentice within their organisation.
The Brathay Apprentice Challenge is a national competition which sees teams of apprentices from businesses across the country promoting the value of apprenticeships and earning points – which will hopefully gain them a place at the finals, set to take place in June.
