BMW Choose Training 2000

Blackburn based training provider, Training 2000, is celebrating its automotive success after renewing its national training contract with automobile giant, BMW.

Contracted to deliver training to staff employed at BMW’s approved network of accident repair centres across the country, Training 2000 is delighted with the training partnership.

Steve Walker, Career Development Manager at Training 2000’s Automotive Department, commented: “It is a great achievement for Training 2000 and really encouraging to see that we can attract and retain such a prestigious company.

“The contract has been beneficial for our staff too, as BMW sent a trainer across from Germany to ensure we delivered the training correctly.

“It definitely puts our profile out there within the automotive industry, it’s a real credit to our team to be chosen to deliver this contract and it’s a great reflection of the hard work we put in to keep our standards high.”

Mark Crandon, National Training Manager at BMW commented: “With the support from Training 2000, the BMW Academy has delivered some of the bespoke BMW manufacturer training for the 130 or so Bodyshops in the BMW Approved Network.

“Training 2000 is always professional, both in the preparation and administration of the courses and assessments, as well as in the delivery. All staff are willing to go the extra mile so that the delegates' expectations are fully met.

“As modern motor vehicles contain increasingly complex technology, training the technicians working on them becomes even more important. This training ensures that customer's vehicles can be competently repaired in a safe and efficient manner.

It is this importance which underlies BMW's commitment to training and the partnership that has been developed with Training 2000.”
