Working within the Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust finance team, Ellenor has excelled within her role, gaining 3 promotions in two years and growing her skills and knowledge – which she has been able to take straight into the workplace.
Ellenor explained that choosing an apprenticeship has worked really well for her career development:
“I feel I have progressed quickly and it was definitely the best choice for me as a person. I truly feel that work experience is the greatest asset to employers and there are so many benefits for the individual and the organisation in taking on apprenticeships.”
